Meg’s classes draw inspiration from a spectrum of practices such as Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pilates, whilst integrating her growing wisdom from Eastern Philosophies, traditions and texts including Yoga Sutras, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and engaged Buddhism.

Through movement and stillness, we can connect to each other and ourselves, and learn to become the observers of our body, our mind and our lives. By understanding our inner layers, we can start to release the unnecessary, and make space for all that our life can offer.
Movement truly is for every body, and should be available to everybody. I’m committed to offering Yoga and movement classes to have you breathing easier, laughing through the uncomfortable and feeling a little more ‘you’.
